Unknowingly, stress of any kind can accumulate in your body. That will work as a “clog”, so, follow these:
● never feel guilty for anything.
● be fearless, at all times.
● never be angry at anyone, including yourself.
● never criticise yourself.
● never treat yourself as a victim.
● never be sad.
So, feel relaxed at all times to keep yourself free from any type of stress.

नकळत, कोणत्याही प्रकारचा ताण आपल्या शरीरात जमा होऊ शकतो. हा एक “अडथळा” म्हणून कार्य करेल, म्हणून खालीलप्रमाणे अनुसरण करा:
● कधीही, कशासाठीही दोषी वाटून घेऊ नका.
● नेहमी निर्भय राहा.
● कोणावरही रागावू नका, स्वत:वरही नाही.
● स्वतःवर कधीही टीका करू नका.
● स्वतःला कधीही बळी समजू नका.
● कधीही दु: खी होऊ नका.
म्हणून, स्वत: ला कोणत्याही प्रकारच्या तणावातून मुक्त ठेवण्यासाठी नेहमी निश्चिंत रहा.
