सक्सेस-स्निपेट#23: प्रभावीपणे अभ्यास कसा करावा?

तुमच्या सकाळच्या अभ्यासापूर्वी:
● ३० मिनिटे चालण्यासाठी किंवा जॉगिंगसाठी जा.

तुमच्या दुपारच्या अभ्यासादरम्यान:
● तुमच्या रुममध्ये, पुस्तक / नोट्स वाचताना चालत राहावे (हलका व्यायाम)
● तुम्ही लायब्ररीत असाल तर एक ब्रेक घ्या आणि 5 मिनिटे बाहेर चालून या.

तुमच्या दुपारच्या अभ्यासानंतर (संध्याकाळी):

● त्वरित चालायला/जॉगिंगसाठी किंवा जिममध्ये जा

दिवसभरात, प्रत्येक 30 मिनिटांच्या अभ्यासानंतर (तुमच्या ब्रेक दरम्यान): 5 मिनिटे चालावे.

वरील सर्व शारीरिक क्रिया केल्याने तुमची स्मृती वाढण्यास मदत होईल व केलेला अभ्यास लक्षात राहील.

SuccessSnippet#23: How to study effectively?
Before your morning study:

● go for a walk/jogging (for 30 mins).

During your afternoon study:
● walk (in your room) while you read a book/Notes (light exercise).
● if you are in library, take a break and walk outside for 5 mins.

Soon after your afternoon study (in the evening):
● immediately go for a walk/jogging or go to Gym

Entire day:- During your break after every 30 mins of study: walk for 5 mins.

All of the above physical activities will help in your memory retention.
