I am not able upload my profile photo. Message is showing “invalid image file” even though uploaded in specific format i.e 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm (< 50 kb) .jpg format.
Kindly guide.

It is more than 10kb but not accepting by their server.
Can u pls share the format which they accept or is they accept only in .jpeg. Because of this i unable to create a profile.
